How do they work?
You choose the value of your gift certificate ($20, $50, $100, $150, $250, $500) and then you are given a unique code for that amount, which will be taken off the total of your order when the code is entered at checkout
How soon do I receive my code?
Your code will be emailed to you within 12 hours of your purchase, and you will be send a giftcard in the mail also.
What if my purchase is less than my giftcard value?
If your total is less than your gift certificate amount, your order will be free. In order to process such an order, you will need to use the credit card option, and you will not be charged (you card must still be valid). If you do not have a credit card, email customerservice@born-to-blossom.com with your gift certificate code and specifing which products you want to purchase, and we will process your request manually. You will then be issued a new code for the remaining amount via email.
Do I still have to pay for express/international shipping?
Unfortunately, our system cannot process discounts towards shipping charges, if you would like to use your gift certificate towards shipping charges, email customerservice@born-to-blossom.com with your gift certificate code and specifing which products you want to purchase, and we will process your request manually.
Do gift certificates expire?
Gift certificate codes expire one year from their purchase date if not used before this date. |
