What is my Billing Address?
Your Billing address is the address where you receive your Credit Card Statement. While you can ship to any address you like, your Billing has to match the one on your Credit Card Statement or it will not be processed.

What is my Shipping Address?
Your Shipping Address is the address that the order will be shipped to.

How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of the order. Orders with Payment issues may take longer.

What is your delivery policy?
We aim to have your goods delivered as soon as possible.  Usually goods will be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of order and you should expect to receive your order within 7 days.  International customers, you can expect to recieve your goods within 11 working days.  Please note that delivery times may increase during peak periods.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted after our prior approval.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Please note: We only accept returns on products that were purchased via this website.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
